Privacy policy

Last updated October 31, 2026

Best Photo Cleaner is an iPhone app for reviewing and cleaning up your own photo library. This policy explains what the app does with information. It does not replace Apple's handling of App Store purchases.

In short: there is no server and no account. Your photos never leave your iPhone, are never uploaded, and are never used for AI.

Photos and videos

The app reads your photo library so you can swipe through photos, file a photo into an album you choose, compress a video to 720p, share a photo with the iOS share sheet, and delete photos you confirm. Photos and videos stay in the Photos app on your iPhone. Best Photo Cleaner does not upload them, does not have a server, and does not use them for AI or to train AI.

Deleting photos

Your delete list is a list of photo identifiers stored only on your iPhone. When you confirm a delete, the app asks iOS to move those items to Recently Deleted, where iOS keeps them for 30 days. Best Photo Cleaner cannot permanently erase Recently Deleted. If iCloud Photos is on, iOS applies the delete to your other devices.

Purchases

Best Photo Cleaner is a free download with 3 days free, then $2.99 a week (renews until you cancel in your Apple ID settings) or $26.99 once for lifetime access. Apple processes all payments. The app does not collect your name, email address, or card number. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID through Apple's StoreKit.

What we do not collect

Best Photo Cleaner has no account, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising. We do not receive your photos or any personal data from the app. If you email support, we use your email only to reply to you.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
